Dear Parents,
Tomorrow we will be experiencing basket making with our artist in residence. We thank the PFT for funding this activity, which I know the children will thoroughly enjoy. At the end of the week, the school will come together to share their products. It will be a great experience for everyone.
Our US region projects are continuing and the children are doing a great job at taking notes. Soon we will be putting the notes into writing.
Next Tuesday, we will be going to the State House and NH History Museum in Concord. I can't believe it is that time already! We are all set on chaperones, thanks for helping out.

Dear Parents,
The children did a nice job on their personal narrative and they even typed them! Their stories will be placed in their folder to go on to Mountain View.
Now we are busy gathering information about the regions of the United States. This research part of the project will be done mostly in school. Some of the children are very excited about this. The end product will be of their choosing and it will be done at home. The end product could be a diorama, a poster board, etc. The children will have to present these projects orally. The reports will also accompany their other work when they go to Mountain View.
After they are finished, we will have a "science fair". The children will be able to pick an experiment and do it at home. Then they will present it to the class.
Hopefully, the weather will be nice from here on and the children will be able to get out and run around at recess and after school.
